Jessica Williams, DVM, Founder & CEO
Jessica was born and raised in Texas but soon set off to see the world. She attended college in Corpus Christi, Texas and veterinary school at Ross University in St Kitts. After working in Chicago and West Texas, she started her own relief business in Austin, Texas. She is passionate about creating opportunities for veterinary professionals to step away from the demands of the profession, recharge, and experience the world. As the founder & visionary behind Traveling Vet Retreats, she spearheads the retreat destinations, thoughtfully designs each itinerary and experience, and brings every retreat to life. She is also the face behind our social media, sharing the adventures, stories, and community that make TVR so special. Her current home base is Texas with her husband, Tony, and their adorable daughter Rose.
Tony Partaux, CEO
Originally from Châtellerault, France, Tony brings his background in telecommunications to Traveling Vet Retreats, which he co-founded with his wife, Jessica. Having previously lent his expertise to French companies like ORANGE and the French Railway, as well as TikTok & Facebook in the US, Tony now wears many hats—handling behind-the-scenes IT, shaping partnerships, and occasionally leading retreats out in the field.
Raegan Armstrong, Administrative Assistant
Raegan and Jessie have been best friends since sixth grade, so when the opportunity came to join the TVR team, it was a pretty easy yes! She has a degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University-Commerce and spent seven years teaching math at both the high school and college levels. After becoming a mom, she traded her classroom for the homeschool table and now homeschools her two kids while working behind the scenes as the administrative assistant for TVR.
