FAQ

Each conference provides 15 hours of continuing education on various veterinary topics with board certified specialists. 

Anyone within the veterinary community is welcome to attend our retreats.  From veterinarians, technicians to receptionists, everyone deserves a chance to relax and gain valuable CE to take back to their practices.  We’ve even had vet students attend!

On the registration form, if you do not have a license number, please type N/A.

Certificates will be provided at the end of the conference.  They are also available via email.

Special group hotel rate

Go to the specific conference page under the HOTEL tab.  A group link will be provided to book your hotel.  Please book under the group name as there are conference perks available for you.

If group rates are sold out, please contact us at info@travelingvetretreats.com for options.  

Lectures, including any meals provided, are ONLY for registered attendees.

There may be limited space available for guests on group activities for an additional fee.  Please see conference trip page under ACTIVITIES for more information, or send an email to info@travelingvetretreats.com to inquire.

Registration cancellations are available up to 60 days prior to the start of the conference. Within 60 days of the conference, you may transfer your registration to a future conference (must be used within 1 year). Refunds or transfers are not available within 2 weeks of the conference. $100 of the course registration is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation. If you fail to attend after the start of the conference, you will forfeit the registration cost. You must request a cancellation in writing to info@travelingvetretreats.com.
