Jessica Williams, DVM, Founder & CEO
Jessica was born and raised in Texas but soon set off to see the world. She attended college in Corpus Christi, Texas and veterinary school at Ross University in St Kitts. After working in Chicago and West Texas, she started her own relief business in Austin, Texas. She formed Traveling Vet Retreats out of a desire to combine her love of veterinary medicine with travel. She is passionate about promoting work life balance within the veterinary community. She spearheads all the retreat locations & itineraries and is the face behind our social accounts! Her current home base is Texas with her husband, Tony, and their adorable daughter Rose.
Tony Partaux, CEO
Originally from Châtellerault, France, Tony brings his background in telecommunications to Traveling Vet Retreats, which he co-founded with his wife, Jessica. Having previously lent his expertise to French companies like ORANGE and the French Railway, as well as TikTok & Facebook in the US, Tony now wears many hats—handling behind-the-scenes IT, shaping partnerships, and occasionally leading retreats out in the field.
Raegan Armstrong, Administrative Assistant
Raegan and Jessie have been best friends since sixth grade, so when the opportunity came to join the TVR team, it was a pretty easy yes! She has a degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University-Commerce and spent seven years teaching math at both the high school and college levels. After becoming a mom, she traded her classroom for the homeschool table and now homeschools her two kids while working behind the scenes as the administrative assistant for TVR.
