Morgan Callahan
DVM
Dr. Morgan received her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania, then went on to complete a rotating internship at Garden State Veterinary Specialists. After a year in general practice, she realized her heart was in emergency medicine — and she’s never looked back.
She spent 16 years at the Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services, where she worked as a senior emergency doctor, led the rotating internship program, and served on the medical advisory board for Pet Partners.
In 2021, Morgan joined VEG and now serves as the Senior Director of Medical Education for New Emergency Doctors. Since then, she’s helped train over 700 new veterinarians across the country. What brings her the most joy is watching these doctors grow in confidence and step into their roles as life-saving clinicians.
